The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing graphene comprising a step of pulverizing an expanded graphite or a graphene nanoplate with a structure of a thin film shape with a blender; a step of allowing a solvent to be inserted into the interlayer of the graphene nanoplate by dispersing the pulverized graphene nanoplate in the solvent; a step of applying ultrasonic waves to the dispersed solution; a step of obtaining a supernatant solution including graphene by centrifuging the dispersed solution; and a step of filtering and drying the supernatant solution.
