摘要 The present invention provides a device to output a constant voltage while charging and discharging a battery whereby a circuit is configured to output a constant voltage from a voltage of a battery pack being charged or discharged, and to reduce a consumed current at the maximum using a zener diode and a darlington transistor in order to exert an influence on the battery pack at the minimum when a voltage for driving a BMS is generated. The device of the present invention includes: a zener voltage unit to adjust a zener voltage and a reverse voltage in accordance to a desired output voltage using a zener effect to maintain a constant voltage; a zener consumed current control unit to control the zener voltage and the reverse current of the zener voltage unit; a darlington transistor to redouble an amplification factor of the current input from the battery pack to output the constant voltage by connecting two transistors; and a voltage dividing unit to provide a voltage divided using a voltage divide through the consumed current adjusted by the zener voltage unit to a base terminal of the darlington transistor.
