摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a motor torque control apparatus which improves a response of acceleration due to a tip-in while reducing a short and noise due to the tip-in, and a method of controlling the same. A motor torque control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a restriction unit for restricting slew rate when a torque of a motor according to an input required torque signal increases; an L-stage control unit for controlling the slew rate according to a slew rate variable map of the L-stage input in advance; a D-stage control unit for controlling the slew rate according to a slew rate variable map of a D-stage input in advance; and a switch unit connecting one of the L-stage control unit and the D-stage control unit to the restriction unit. A method of controlling a motor torque according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of: restricting slew rate when a torque of a motor according to an input required torque signal increases; feeding back a required torque signal controlled according to the restricted slew rate; and outputting the required torque signal controlled according to the restricted slew rate.</p>
