The present invention relates to an air intake hose and a method for manufacturing an air intake hose capable of increasing durability by having an engine contacting part made of an excellent heat resistant material among configurations of an air intake hose and also improving fuel efficiency by reducing weight of a vehicle. More specifically, according to the present invention, the air intake hose includes: an engine connecting part (110); a bellows (120); and an air cleaner connecting part (130). The bellows (120) and the air cleaner connecting part (130) are made of polypropylene (PP) or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The engine connecting part (110) is made of at least one selected from butyl, nylon (PA), and ethylene-propylene-diene (EPEM) rubber.
