<p>A cooling device and method for preventing the synthesis of PCDDs, wherein a 800 °C, high-temperature exhaust gas is jetted into a quick-cooling cylinder in which many cooling tubes, through which a cooling medium consisting of a cooling liquid or cooling gas runs, are arranged in parallel and in superposed multiple stages, and quickly cooled, while passing through the quick-cooling cylinder, to below a re-synthesis temperature of PCDDs in an instant of up to 16/1000 seconds.</p> |
