Cosmetic compositions comprising at least one starch and at least one peg fatty diester, and uses thereof

The present disclosure relates to novel cosmetic compositions comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium:
from 0.1% to 2% by weight of at least one starch, andfrom 0.1% to 1% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one diester of a carboxylic acid comprising 8 to 30 carbon atoms and of polyethylene glycol. The cosmetic compositions provides a fondant texture, and these compositions rinse out easily. Hair treated with this composition has a soft feel, free of residue. These compositions are may be used for washing and/or conditioning keratin materials such as the hair or the skin.

1. A cosmetic composition, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, comprising:
from 0.1% to 2% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one starch, and from 0.1% to 1% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one diester of a carboxylic acid and of polyethylene glycol having the following formula:

R1 is chosen from linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl or alkenyl groups comprising 8 to 30 carbon atoms,R2 is chosen from linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl groups comprising 8 to 30 carbon atoms, andn is an integer ranging from 80 to 350.
