The invention relates to a sensor installed in seats to detect whether passengers sit on seats or not and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes anti-corrosive ink along patterns on aluminum connected with flexible panels; forming the aluminum pattern by corroding the aluminum; washing the preventive ink on the aluminum pattern; and printing a carbon paste on the aluminum pattern.
