The present invention relates to a contrast medium composition for acquiring coronary CT angiography images and a method for injecting the same. When angiography is performed on a blood vessel using the contrast medium composition and the method for injecting the same according to the present invention, a smaller quantity of contrast medium is used than usual, and resolution is not lowered even in the terminal of a blood vessel in a subject, so that side effects caused by the contrast medium can be minimized.
