PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery pack which can be satisfactorily filled with a potting agent.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery pack uses an outer case which is formed flat and angular to include a ceiling part and a bottom part opposing the ceiling part, and with which a filling port 20b for filling with a potting agent and an exhaust port for exhausting air inside of the outer case are provided on the ceiling part. A clearance to be filled with the potting agent is assumed to be bisected into first and second filling spaces S1, S2. A potting step includes: a first step of filling at least a part of the first filling space S1 with the potting agent while tilting the bottom part with respect to a horizontal plane Pin such a manner that the second filling space S2 is positioned higher than the first filling space S1; and a second step of returning the bottom part from a state tilted with respect to the horizontal plane Pto a horizontal state before a liquid level of the potting agent reaches the exhaust port, and filling the clearance with the potting agent continuously to the first step. |
