PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote curing of a resin for constituting a sealing material without imparting damages.SOLUTION: A second substrate 52 is disposed in such a manner that the second substrate opposes to a first substrate 10 at a given distance and a light reflection layer 38 opposes to a peripheral region 48. The first substrate 10 and the second substrate 52 are joined with a UV-curable resin 72 disposed in the peripheral region 48. The UV-curable resin 72 is irradiated with UV rays from the outside of the first substrate 10. The surface of the light reflection layer 38 opposing to the peripheral region 48 is formed to have no portion inclined inward, that is a direction to the inside of the first substrate 10, and the layer has an inclined portion 62 obliquely outward, that is a direction to at least the outside of the first substrate 10. UV rays are made to pass through a region where a metal wiring line 50 is not present in the peripheral region 48, while irradiating the UV-curable resin 72, and then reflected on the light reflection layer 38 so as not to approach at least the center of the first substrate 10 and to irradiate the UV-curable resin 72. |
