BIAXIAL TENSILE TESTING METHOD AND DEVICE USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of evaluating and observing a destructive behavior of a soft thin-film specimen.SOLUTION: A method and system measure a load applied on a center portion and deformation amount with a deformation measuring sensor, while adding biaxial tensile force to a soft thin-film specimen making the thickness of the center portion thinner than the thickness of a periphery, and shoots a deformation state with an image shooting device. Dynamic characteristics such as a destructive behavior of the thin-film specimen is measured from the load and the deformation amount.
