<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper holder that, after roll paper is drawn out and cut off, enables the next paper to be easily grabbed at the cutting part by one hand since a conventional toilet paper holder, after the paper is cut off, if the cut section firmly sticks to the paper roll body, makes the separation off the paper roll very difficult for an adult as well as a child, which helplessly takes time particularly when a women's toilet is crowded in a service area and which, in a similar case of a wrapping film for food packaging, makes the difficulty intensified.SOLUTION: In order to cut off roll paper and a wrapping film, the invention facilitates drawing out and cutting off by pinching a depression in the center of a sliding surface of the roll paper.</p> |
