PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a content server to recognize an alliance contracting party having collaborated with supplying a content browsing application when the alliance contracting party accesses the content server for browsing contents.SOLUTION: A content server stores alliance information associating an alliance contract identifier for each alliance contract with a communication environment corresponding to the alliance contract. The terminal device retrieves the alliance contract identifier associated with the communication environment of the own device from the alliance information obtained from the content server at a start of a content browsing application, and attaches the alliance contract identifier to a browsing request to be transmitted to the content server. The content server associates the alliance contract identifier attached to the browsing request with the content whose browsing is requested, and manages as a browsing history.
