PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a normally-off transistor that allows stably maintaining an off-state and a semiconductor device using the same.SOLUTION: A driving circuit includes: a first signal source outputting a signal that on/off controls a normally-on transistor; a second signal source outputting a signal that places the transistor to an off-state; a gate voltage monitoring unit monitoring a gate voltage of the transistor; and a control unit causing the second signal source to output a signal on the basis of an output signal from the gate voltage monitoring unit and placing the transistor to the off-state. |
