PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray material for a spray method with use of ecocement being capable of achieving high aggregation properties and strength development in an initial stage and preventing long-term strength degradation under a high water-cement ratio of the ecocement; and a spray method with use of the same.SOLUTION: The spray material includes mortar or concrete composed of ecocement, fly ash, aggregate, and an additive including calcium aluminate and calcium sulfate, blended with any one of alkali-free liquid quick setting agents which include (A) titanium sulfate; (B) aluminum sulfate, fluorine, and oxalic acid; and (C) aluminum sulfate, magnesium, and silica. The spray material has strength at a material age of 91 days which is not degraded compared to the strength at a material age of 28 days. The spray method includes preliminarily kneading the components of the spray material other than the alkali-free liquid quick setting agent into mortar or concrete, and adding the alkali-free liquid quick setting agent to the mixture immediately before spraying to spray. |
