PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating mechanical device state monitoring system which performs simple and highly accurate state monitoring from a relation with two state quantities such as an ultrasonic vibration generated in an initial state of a direct contact and an oil film thickness and a lubricating oil property relating to the lubricating oil degradation.SOLUTION: The state monitoring system of a reciprocating mechanical device includes: an ultrasonic sensor for measuring a vibration wave of the reciprocating mechanical device; a frequency measurement part for obtaining a vibration waveform signal by processing the vibration wave; a fast Fourier transform processing part for generating a spectrum signal and its power spectrum signal by subjecting the vibration waveform signal to the fast Fourier transform processing; a power spectrum integrating processing part for calculating a power spectrum area value by subjecting the power spectrum signal to frequency integration; an oil film thickness evaluation part for calculating an oil film thickness; and a counted contamination degree evaluation part for calculating a counted contamination degree. |
