PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-LPA antibody against non-derivatized LPA.SOLUTION: The invention is based on that using non-derivatized LPA, lysophosphatidic acid not modified with KLH etc., as an antigen, antibody-producing cells producing an LPA-specific antibody were selected, and thus obtained was an antibody highly specific to LPA produced by the antibody-producing cells. Further, the amino acid sequences of the heavy chain variable region, the light chain variable region and respective CDR regions of the antibody were determined. |
