PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state disk capable of increasing the strength of an input current and reducing the strength of a current flowing through a power supply pin.SOLUTION: If a solid state disk of the present invention is connected to a DDR2 memory slot, a voltage detection circuit detects a first voltage via a first power supply pin and outputs a first control signal so as to bring a first electronic switch into conduction and interrupt a second electronic switch, a second power pin supplies a voltage that is input from a motherboard, to a power supply circuit via the first electronic switch. If the solid state disk is connected to a DDR3 memory slot, the voltage detection circuit detects a second voltage via the first power supply pin and outputs a second control signal so as to interrupt the first electronic switch and bring the second electronic switch into conduction, and a third power supply pin supplies a voltage that is input from the motherboard, to the power supply circuit via the second electronic switch. |
