PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a terminal capable of achieving good electrical connection between the electric wire and the terminal to hold the electric wire while reducing the cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: An electric wire with a terminal 10 comprises: an electric wire 11 having a conductor part 12 consisting of a plurality of metal element wires 13; a crimp member 15 having a conductor crimp part 16 provided so as to surround at least a front end part of the conductor part 12 to crimp the conductor part 12; and a terminal 21 having a barrel part 25 electrically connected with the conductor part 12 by holding a part other than the conductor crimp part 16 in the crimp member 15, or the conductor part 12.
