The present invention relates to an organic luminescent compound represented by the following chemical formula 1-A or chemical formula 1-B and an organic electroluminescent device including the same. The organic luminescent compound according to the present invention has excellent luminous efficiency and life characteristics, thereby allowing the manufacture of an organic electroluminescent device which has excellent luminous efficiency and simultaneously has enhanced power efficiency and long life characteristics.
