The present invention relates to a head lamp mounting structure of a front end module for vehicles, capable of preventing damage to a head lamp clip by preventing elastic deformation of the head lamp clip of a carrier when a head lamp is mounted on the carrier. The present invention comprises the head lamp mounted on the carrier to perform a function as a lightening device and having a protruding connection boss; and the head lamp clip installed in the carrier and having an open-top insertion part to temporarily fix the head lamp. The connection boss is fixed to the head lamp clip by rotating the head lamp at a certain angle after inserting the connection boss of the head lamp to the insertion part, and therefore the connection boss is prevented from moving in any direction.
