The present invention relates to a power supplying apparatus for hybrid construction equipment and, more specifically, to a power supplying apparatus for hybrid construction equipment which removes a starting motor and an alternator for battery charging used in conventional hybrid construction equipment from hybrid construction equipment having an electrical energy storage device using an engine and an electrical motor as a common power source such as a hybrid excavator or vehicle, so as to improve engine efficiency by reducing an engine load, and a method for the same.
