摘要 A test device using laser for ultra high temperature thermal shock and oxidation according to the present invention comprises a test chamber, which has a space for a specimen to be stored in, and which can be selectively controlled by a tester with regard to an oxidation-reduction atmosphere of the air quality inside and with regard to a vacuum inside; a specimen settlement unit, which has a specimen holder for a specimen to be settled in and a holder supporting stand to support the specimen holder; an input gauge, which is connected to one side of the test chamber and is equipped to measure inner pressure; a gas inlet, which is connected to one side of the test chamber and is equipped so that the tester can input gas into the test chamber after the tester selects the gas; a laser heating unit, which applies heat to the specimen into the test chamber by using laser; a gas outlet, which is connected to the test chamber on one side of the test chamber and discharges gas inside the chamber to the outside; a vacuum conversion unit, which is equipped on one side of the test chamber and can convert the inside of the test chamber into a vacuum according to the selection of the tester; a control unit, which is equipped in one side of the test chamber and controls the operation of the test device for thermal shock and oxidation; and a chiller, which is equipped in one side of the laser heating unit and cools the laser heating unit.
