The present invention relates to a method for building a vessel having a regasification device and a membrane type LNG (liquefied natural gas) storage tank manufactured as the strength is reinforced by a reinforcing material to store LNG at 0.25 bar pressure or greater. In the method for building a vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention, the vessel has the regasification device and the membrane type LNG storage tank.
