The invention relates to a splint (1) for immobilising a joint, comprising: a main envelope (10) made of a single element, that can be folded in order to at least partially surround and immobilise said joint (2); and a plurality of detachable fixing means (15) that can be coupled to said main envelope (10) in order to hold it in a position such that it at least partially surrounds said joint (2), and that can be uncoupled from said main envelope (10). At least two detachable fixing means (15) of said plurality of detachable fixing means (15) have different lengths and said detachable fixing means are elastic.
