<p>The present invention relates to a human ferritin-derived fusion polypeptide, and more particularly, to a fusion polypeptide in which a polypeptide fragment expressed by sequence number 1 and a human-derived ferritin monomer expressed by sequence number 6 are sequentially connected. The fusion polypeptide of the present invention may form a protein cage so as to enable an encapsulation of active substances therein, and may significantly improve the binding strength between the polypeptide fragment and a specific molecule, cell, or tissue, and therefore can be effectively used in diagnosing, treating, and preventing cancer and the hardening of arteries.</p> |
