Provided are a network-based communication control apparatus, an electrical device, and a network control method thereof. The electrical device has a network intelligent configuration function through the built-in communication control apparatus. The electrical device can automatically obtain a user name and a password of a wireless access point, establish a port mapping through interaction and configuration with the wireless access point, and penetrate at least one layer of wireless access points, to establish a network communication connection with an external network. By means of the present invention, an electrical device which is safe, flexible, and of a small volume is obtained.
