<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a telemetering apparatus, a telemetering system, and a data processing method and program for the telemetering apparatus which in collection of data measured by a bucket-brigade method, are capable of detecting and correcting an error in data occurring in the collection. <P>SOLUTION: In transmission of measured data measured by measurement means 11 to a specific destination by a bucket-brigade method, terminal-side packet signal transmission means 12 stores the measured data. Then, the measured data is compared with measured data which is obtained by receiving and storing a packet to be transmitted similarly by a telemetering apparatus in a layer immediately above.
