Provided is a low radiation transparent laminate of a multi-layer structure, which includes a transparent substrate and a coating layer located on the transparent substrate. The coating layer includes a low radiation layer, a buffer layer containing a ZnSn-based composite metal nitride, and a dielectric layer from the transparent substrate sequentially. The low radiation transparent laminate and building materials including the low radiation transparent laminate according to an embodiment of the present invention are capable of securing insulation performance and optical performance and have excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance as durability is improved.
