The assembly has a tube head including a neck defining a longitudinal axis. A shoulder and an insert are allowed to form a cover for sealing the neck. A stopper (2) includes a punch that is adapted to cut the cover. A removable spacing ring (3) and the stopper include pins (34) and housings (35) that cooperate so as to limit rotation of the pins with regard to the housings in a direction of screwing of the stopper on the neck so as to inhibit rupture of bridges (31) between the ring and the stopper during screwing of the stopper on the neck.
