The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device capable of preventing bonding failure between a substrate and an encapsulation substrate to improve the reliability. The organic light emitting diode display device comprises: a substrate having a display region and a non-display region; an organic light emitting diode formed in the display region of the substrate; an encapsulation substrate bonded by a bonding layer to face the substrate; and a step difference compensating unit protruding from the non-display region on at least one surface of the substrate or the encapsulation substrate to compensate for the step difference between the display region and the non-display region.
