The present invention provides a rail probe which includes a moving rail; a pad including the rail; a probe part moving along the rail, making contact with a target measuring point, and including a probe; a control part for moving the rail and controlling the probe part to move along the rail; and a driving part driven by the control part to move the rail and move the probe part corresponding to the moving rail. Therefore, according to the present invention, the rail probe includes a smaller number of probe parts, thereby simplifying software and hardware. |
