The embodiments of the present invention relate to a rod for fusing the spine and a spinal fusing system including the same by which spinal fusion can be performed through the skin or muscle tissues of a human body. The rod for fusing the spine according to an embodiment of the present invention is a rod coupled with a housing unit of an implant element, includes a hole penetrating through both ends of the rod and extended in a long shaft direction, and can be transferring to the housing unit of the implant member by sliding along a guide wire inserted in the hole.
