<p>In the present invention, disclosed is an organic light emitting diode display. The present invention relates to the organic light emitting diode display with a structure to prevent a color shift phenomenon, the reduction of a contrast ratio, and a brightness inversion phenomenon due to a leakage current between adjacent pixels in a display device with an organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting diode display according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate, an anode electrode which is formed on the substrate, first and second hole transport layers which are formed on the upper side of the anode electrode, an organic light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and a cathode electrode. At least one among the first and second hole transport layers is formed with a division shape between the adjacent pixels.</p> |
