<p>Disclosed are a wireless communications system and a method for mapping an antenna port (AP) in the system. The wireless communication system comprises a digital signal processing device connected to a core system and processing a wireless digital signal, and wireless signal processing devices physically separated from the digital signal processing device, converting and amplifying a digital signal received from the digital signal processing device and transmitting the amplified signal to a terminal based on multi-antenna technique using two antennas, and receiving a signal transmitted from the terminal and delivering the received signal to the digital signal processing device based on the multi-antenna technique using two antennas. When two of the wireless signal processing devices are paired to perform quad antenna transmission, the digital signal processing device exchanges common reference signal (CRS) APs respectively mapped to the two wireless signal processing devices based on an index of a resource block (RB) used as a measurement bandwidth.</p> |
