<p>The present invention relates to a thin film transistor substrate and a display device including the same. The thin film transistor substrate comprises: a substrate; a thin film transistor formed on the substrate and including a gate electrode, an active layer, and source and drain electrodes; and an organic insulating layer formed on the thin film transistor. The organic insulating layer includes an organic insulating material and a UV absorbing material. The UV absorbing material includes 2-hydroxy-benzotriazole derivatives, 2-hydroxy-benzophenone derivatives, or salicylic acid derivatives. According to the present invention, the UV absorbing material including 2-hydroxy-benzotriazole derivatives, 2-hydroxy-benzophenone derivatives, or salicylic acid derivatives is included in the organic insulating layer, thereby preventing UV, which is irradiated when an organic insulating layer pattern is formed, from being transmitted to an active layer.</p> |
