The present invention relates to a synchronous correcting method using subtitles data of a plurality of streams which compose 3DTV services and a device thereof. The synchronous correcting method of the present invention comprises the steps of: extracting first subtitle information and first video data from a first video stream that composes the 3DTV services; extracting second subtitle information and second video data from a second video stream which is interlocked with the first video stream and composes the 3DTV services; measuring a time difference between the first and second subtitle information; and matching the synchronous of the first and second video data based on the measured time difference. According to the present invention, without additional information to the first and second video stream, the synchronous between the first and second video data can be acquired.
