PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing quality at a time of printing an image on the curved surface of a print target body.SOLUTION: A curved surface printer 10 comprises: a print head 102 including ink discharge ports 102A discharging ink for forming an image to a base material 20; and print-target-body moving means 104 holding the base material 20, and making the base material 20 movable relatively to the print head 102 at least in one axial direction, and prints the image on a curved surface of the base material 20. Since the curved surface printer 10 carries out printing while fixing the print head 102 and moving the base material 20, it is possible to stabilize an ink discharge direction and improve printing quality. |
