PURPOSE:To effectively perform the utilization as auxiliary fuel of combustible wastes so that the wastes can be charged in the suitable position within a combustion furnace, in charging combustible wastes such as waste tires into the combustion furnace such as a rotary kiln or the like. CONSTITUTION:In the case where waste tires 30 are charged in a rotary kiln 4 or the like in the cement manufacturing step, the waste tires 30 supplied from a waste tire storage tank (not illuatrated) are sent to a measuring chamber 14 one by one by the operation of a stopper 23. In the measuring chamber 14, the outer diameter or the like of the tire is measured by a measuring machine 18, and converted into the weight value. On the basis of this value, the driving force of a cylinder driving device is adjusted. Then, the waste tire 30 is placed on a truck 16 through a chute 9, a water drain device 13, and a damper 10. Then, when a charging order is issued, a cylinder 17 is driven, and with the opening of the damper 8, the truck 16 advances at high speed within a travelling part 11, and the waste tire 30 is charged in the kiln 4. |
