PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate protective film that exhibits a good moisture permeability reducing effect even in a high temperature and high humidity environment.SOLUTION: A polarizing protective film 10 includes at least three resin layers; and the three resin layers are composed of a first surface layer 1, a core layer 2 and a second surface layer 3. Equilibrium moisture contents (A, B, C) of the first surface layer, the core layer and the second surface layer satisfy expression (1):A<B and B>C. Oxygen permeation coefficients (a, b, c) of the first surface layer, the core layer and the second surface layer satisfy expression (2):a>b and b<c. The moisture permeability of the polarizing protective film is 250 g/m/day or less (calculated at a film thickness of 40 μm). |
