PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a base-isolated building capable of securing base isolation performance while preventing workability from being degraded.SOLUTION: A base-isolated building 1 includes: an underground skeleton 10; a base isolation layer 20 provided on the underground skeleton 10 and at a height near a ground level; and a ground skeleton 30 provided on the base isolation layer 20. A construction method for the base-isolated building includes: a step S1 of constructing piles 11 and erecting permanent sub-substructural columns 41 on the piles when the base-isolated building 1 is constructed; steps S2, S3 of constructing a base isolation layer lower part floor 15, which is a part of the underground skeleton 10, on the column capitals of the permanent sub-substructural columns 41 and installing a seismic isolator 21 on the base isolation layer lower part floor 15; a step S4 of installing a supporting 42 on the base isolation layer lower part floor 15 and constructing a base isolation layer upper part floor 31 on the supporting 42; steps S5 to S8 of completing the underground skeleton 10 and the ground skeleton 30; and a step S9 of switching support of the base isolation layer upper part floor 31 from the supporting 42 into the seismic isolator 21. |
