PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict torque change by setting a fixed part corresponding to the relative positional relation between a rotor and an electrode when forming a stator core for a rotary electric machine by arranging a plurality of core plates in layers and fixing them.SOLUTION: In the relation among the number of lamination rotated states, which is a value obtained by dividing 360 degrees by a lamination rotated angle &thetas;s by which a core plate is rotated in a circumferential direction every predetermined number of layers arranged one above the other, the number of electrodes, which is the number of electrodes M of a rotor, and the number of fixed parts, which is the number of fixed parts 5, the number of fixed parts is an integral multiple of the number of lamination rotated states, and also the common divisor of the number of fixed parts and the number of electrodes is at least only "1" or only "1" and "2". |
