At casting with crystallization under high piston pressure of metal alloys, the press chamber (1) is fluently filled with clean melt by gravitational pouring of the dose in the sprue (3), connected with the low part of this chamber. Before the end of the filling the pressure in the press chamber (1) is reduced in order to raise the melt level (D) in it, and lowering the level (R) of the residual melt in the sprue (3). At the end of the work cycle sprue (3) opens for taking out the hardened remainder (S), cleaning, and placing a filter element (34). |
