<p>The present invention relates to a bicistronic expression vector for expressing an antibody, comprising a first expression cassette comprising 'promoter-intron-antibody light chain gene -polyA tail' and a second expression cassette comprising 'promoter-intron-antibody heavy chain gene-internal ribosome entry site (IRES)-amplification gene-polyA tail', an animal cell transfected with the expression vector, and a method for producing the antibody comprising culturing the animal cell. Based on the bicistronic expression vector for producing antibody comprising an intron of the present invention, an expression vector capable of expressing a desired antibody at high efficiency can be prepared. Also, through culturing the animal cells transfected with the expression vector, the desired antibody can be expressed stably and at high efficiency.</p> |
