COMMENT ACCUMULATION DEVICE, COMMENT CREATION BROWSING DEVICE, COMMENT BROWSING SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present only a comment having similar feelings on the same scene of image content to a viewer for providing a meaningful communication forum.

SOLUTION: The comment accumulation device 1 extracts an impression of image content and an object of the impression from an input comment, analyzes a feeling condition of a comment creator and scene data causing the feeling, and stores image meta-information wherein the analyzed feeling condition of the comment creator and scene data are added to the input comment. A comment creation browsing device 3 analyzes data representing a condition of a user viewing the image content, recognizes the feeling condition of the user viewing the image content and scene data in the image content, and using the recognized feeling condition of the user and scene data, selects the image meta-information to which similar feeling information is attached from the image meta-information accumulated in the comment accumulation device 1 to present it to the user.
