The present invention relates to a medical laser system comprising: a laser treatment part including a laser generating member for generating laser for medical treatment and a laser radiating member for radiating the laser provided by the laser generating member to an object; and an infrared temperature measuring part for measuring the temperature of the object by measuring infrared generated when the temperature of the object is rising by the laser radiated from the laser radiating member wherein the laser radiating member can be mounted at a probe directly contacting the object. The present invention can measure the temperature of the affected area of the object, which is medically treated by the laser while simultaneously medically treating with the laser treatment part, as such damage to the affected area which can be generated when medically treating by the laser can be prevented.
