A frame (6) provided with a center dividing plate (11) for dividing between cylinders, a cam-side partition wall and exhaust-side partition wall disposed on both sides of the center dividing plate (11), and a top plate (15, 16) disposed above the center dividing plate (11) and the partition walls and on which tie bolt holes (17) are formed, wherein cuts (18), which extend and form a 1/4 arc in a direction that bears away from the tie bolt holes (17) and the outer side of the top plate (15, 16) without coming close to the tie bolt holes (17) and a 1/4 arc in a direction that bears away from the tie bolt holes (17) and the inner side of the top plate (15, 16), are formed on the top plate (15, 16) in the vicinity of the tie bolt holes (17). |
