Provided is a system for providing a navigational chart and alarming in a small vessel. According to the present invention, the system can provide a secure operating environment with low processing capacity and low costs by providing the customized navigational chart in response to operation characteristics of the vessel and by alarming to a user in response to whether deviation from the vessel route and danger zone access occur.
