The method comprises receiving, by a mobile service marketplace system, a content purchase request from a network client being offered to provide preferred payment parameters; receiving, by said system, the payment parameters from the network client, indicating the payment receiving party; authenticating payment relationships between the network client and a mobile operator if the mobile operator is the payment receiving party; authenticating payment relationships between the network client and the mobile service marketplace system if the mobile service marketplace system is the payment receiving party; and providing a mobile content item from the mobile service marketplace system to the network client if the payment relationships between the network client and the payment receiving party is authenticated.
