FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: technological line contains a transporter, a crusher, the first screw pump, a pulping machine, the second pump, the first accumulation vessel for milled liquid sea-buckthorn mass, the third pump, a decanter, the fourth pump, the second accumulation vessel for oil, pulp and water, the fifth pump, a separator centrifuge, the third accumulation vessel for oil, the sixth pump, the seventh pump, the fourth accumulation vessel for defatted juice, the eighth pump, a pasteuriser, a cooler, a device for aseptic dispensing of juice as well as a tray and an additional vessel for pulp and water collection.EFFECT: invention allows to produce a flow technological line for non-waste processing of buckthorn which allows to process initial raw materials with minimum time expenditure to produce clear buckthorn oil without impurities without application of heating, preserving agents and chemical solvents, manufacture other products in the form of buckthorn juice, raw materials for production of kernel oil and various vitamin additives, to produce buckthorn oil concentrate unique in terms of contents and without by-products.4 cl, 1 dwg |
